Food & Recipes: Lime and Pepper Chicken Wrap

2 skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 6 strips
zest and juice 1 limes
1/4 small red onion, sliced
1 tsp black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 small wraps
1 avocado sliced
1/2 Little Gem lettuce, shredded
124ml low-fat natural yogurt
Pinch of salt

Extra for 1400 and 1600 plans : 1 x 80g of salad


1. Toss the chicken with the lime zest and juice, pepper, oil and a little salt. Cook on a griddle pan or barbecue for 6-8 mins, turning until evenly cooked and browned.

2. Heat the tortillas in the microwave, following pack instructions. Lay slices of avocado over each tortilla, top with some lettuce, onion and chicken, then drizzle over the yogurt. Roll up and enjoy with 1 x 80g portion of salad.
