30g rolled oats
100ml Skimmed milk
50g Low fat yoghurt (any flavour)
80g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
Pinch cinnamon

You can have a piece of fruit or a small glass of fruit juice


1. Mix ingredients in a bowl or Tupperware container
2. Cover with cling film or lid
3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until oats have softened
4. Store up to 6 days or freeze
